Daniel is an experienced Solicitor in England and Wales, and a part-time Judge.
He has a first-class undergraduate law degree, and graduated #1 in his year. He also has a postgraduate construction engineering degree from Cambridge University.
Daniel has spent the last 20 years helping people successfully resolve significant construction, engineering, and property-related disputes. He has experience of everything from small residential projects to multi-billion pound government infrastructure projects.
Before founding Hamshaw, his past employment included several years at White & Case LLP (an award-winning global law firm).
Daniel also has extensive advocacy experience in the County Court and High Court, as well as at international arbitration hearings.

Sarah is a Solicitor in England and Wales, and Ireland, and is also an Attorney in NY, USA.
As well as an undergraduate degree in law, she has a postgraduate degree in law from Trinity College Dublin.
Sarah worked at White & Case LLP - a top-ranked global law firm - for almost a decade, spending almost 10 years in Qatar and the UAE helping people to resolve very high-value and complex disputes involving multiple parties and projects of national and international significance such as motorways and airports.
Sarah has significant experience of starting and running several successful businesses, including most recently as Managing Director. She has therefore developed a mature understanding of many of the same challenges that are faced by Hamshaw’s entrepreneurial and SME clients face on a daily basis.

Anthony is a Solicitor in England and Wales, based in Dubai, UAE.
He has undergraduate degrees in both Law, and Political Studies, with the latter from the American University of Beirut.
Anthony began his career at the tier 1 law firm White & Case LLP, working in both London and Hong Kong, where he specialised in international construction and engineering disputes.
He has since taken that experience in-house at multi-national companies across the Middle East, Turkey and Africa, including as General Counsel at one of the UAE's largest private healthcare groups. He understands the pressures and challenges of bringing and defending claims from the client's side.
Anthony speaks fluent Arabic, and supports Hamshaw's work for clients in the Gulf and the wider Middle East.
